The most popular and most beneficial personal training package is one to one coaching. You will have a 100% bespoke training programme, designed for you. You book for a minimum of 12 weeks, based on a choice of either 2 sessions per week, or 3 sessions per week.
Your training may include wellbeing coaching as well as fitness coaching, although this is all dependent upon your needs, goals, and current lifestyle as determined at consultation. It might include sleep hygiene coaching, stress management, and most certainly, nutrition coaching.
Training takes place in the comfortable and non-intimidating environment of Wood's Gym in Hyde. It's a fantastic location not far from the M67 junction 3 Hyde turn off, easily accessed from many parts of Greater Manchester. It is a private indepedent gym with a friendly, encouraging ethos. You won't find big pouty egos here!
